Lifetime - $1000.00 (may be paid in five $200 annual installments). Please contact the membership chair (membership@iawm.org) before sending any payment towards a Lifetime membership.
Joint Lifetime - $1500.00 (may be paid in five $300 annual installments). Please contact the membership chair (membership@iawm.org) before sending any payment towards a Lifetime membership.

NOTE:You may pay with PayPal. Recipient is iawmdues@unt.edu on the PayPal form. The IAWM adds a fee of US $2.00 to each PayPal dues payment to recover the fee that PayPal assesses IAWM. You may also pay by personal check, cashier's check, or money order payable to IAWM.
